Buckets of Kindness Event

The Youth Art Center and Uplift Scholars is excited to host a special event for children in grades K-4 on August 17th! Join us from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Syosset Woodbury Park in Long Island for an afternoon of storytelling and creativity.

We'll begin by reading the heartwarming book, Have You Filled a Bucket Today? A Guide to Daily Happiness for Kids. Afterward, we'll get creative and work on an art project inspired by the book's message of kindness. Kids will have the chance to draw or paint their own bucket and fill it with pictures of things and people they love.

This event is a great opportunity for kids to connect with others, express themselves through art, and learn about the power of kindness. We can't wait to see you there!
