Kavya Ramana, a sophomore at Herricks High School, finds writing to be her favorite way of expressing her thoughts and experiences. Beyond writing, Kavya explores many creative passions — painting, crafting, singing, dancing, choreography, and acting. She is also a dedicated student of the classical Indian dance form, Kathak.

Lupe, a high school student from Ecuador, has been passionate about painting since the age of five and now brings over 10 years of artistic experience. Lupe has been creating personalized commissioned artworks for over four years. Through the Youth Art Center (YAC), she hopes to share her art globally and inspire other young creators to express themselves fearlessly.
